They do actually make all-in-one products.

Ashampoo WinOptimizer can clean your internet and PC history and clean all the junk files. You can clean your windows registry to get rid of unused registry entries and save your system from registry corruption and errors, or you may decide to make your private data password protected. You can use the inbuilt file shredder to remove sensitive data and file recovery tool to recover accidentally deleted data. Ashampoo WinOptimizer can give your PC a brand new look by changing transparency of windows, task menu and IE. Diagnosis tool helps you to know your system and hardware better and in detail. A file splitter and merge tool can be a better option for transferring large files using your pen-drive or CD's. Ashampoo WinOptimizer has a startup manager and a process manager to control the running applications. I have v5.03 and find it an excellent and beautifully presented program. It gets the job done
now - without any problems. Highly recommended. The one-click cleaner is very quick and smart.
